Fritz and Fritzy provides step-by-step fitness guidance for beginners and advanced
lifters. If you are learning to use a leg press machine for the first time or want structured
training routines to push your limits, you will find them here.
We also provide emotional support through our Life Coaching service, available now.
Mental Health Coaching and Mental Health Services will be added once all legal and
regulatory steps are complete. These services are designed to support your well-being
and give you a place to feel grounded and understood.
Our platform will continue to grow with classes, routines, and select partnerships with certified personal trainers for users who want a more personalized experience. While
we do not currently offer one-to-one personal coaching ourselves, we ensure you have
access to trustworthy professionals when needed.
